What packages do you offer?

Can you recommend vendors to us?

We offer a Final Details Coordination package which is also known as Month of (which starts 2 months prior to the wedding). We also offer Final Details Coordination plus Design (which starts 6 months prior to the wedding) and finally our Full Planning Service Experience. We can also customize our packages to meet your specific needs.

Of course. We have a list of preferred vendors that we provide to all of our clients. We also include vendor credits in our Portfolio Galleries.

Why don't you offer just "day of" planning?

In order for your wedding day to be executed successfully, our involvement is more than a one-day commitment. There are many details that need to be planned out before the wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly and you are not stressed out for your big day!

How do we save the date with you?

It's an easy process. Once we confirm your date is available and we have our initial consultation, I will then send you the proposal/contract. After you review it, all you need to do next is sign it and pay the deposit. Request an appointment here.

What do you require from your clients?

Can you help us stay on a budget?

Absolutely! During our initial consultation, we will discuss budget and create a realistic breakdown, showing you what percentage of your budget each category will use. We will also help you find the best vendors to fit your budget.

How do you communicate with us?

What should I look for in a planner?

Our preferred method of communication with clients is emails and phone calls. We do love emails because we can always keep track of our work and always have something to reference back to.

There are a lot of things to look for when considering a planner. In fact, choosing a planner is a lot like finding the perfect pair of shoes. It has to be the great fit! Your planner should be knowledgeable about events as well as be someone you can connect with and have fun with. Someone you can see yourself being friends with after your special day!

We love your work; but what sets you apart from other event planners?

What is your ideal client?

We have a unique passion, a genuine love for helping people, a knack for details, and a down-to-earth, fun loving spirit! Please look at our testimonials from previous clients, to read about their experience with us! We love planning and designing weddings and believe no wedding is complete without a touch of personality and style.

We love serving a myriad of clients; however, working with people who are fun, love to entertain, value guest experience, as well as appreciate design and the little details truly makes us happy. Our ideal client is also someone trusts our expertise and gives us the creative freedom to create something special and memorable.

How many weddings do you take on each year?

We only accept a limited number (12-18) of weddings each year. This allows us to provide you with the love and individual attention you deserve, and approach each event with a fresh perspective.

What is the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding coordinator?

A venue coordinator oversees the on site staff, to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations, serving food on time, etc. A lot of times the venue coordinator is not there for the duration of the event &/or they have other events they are overseeing on property during the same time. A wedding coordinator works only for you to make every aspect run smoothly, greet all your vendors, send out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time celebrating and ensure that your vision has become a reality.

How early should couples start planning their wedding? Hire a wedding/planning coordinator?

Anywhere from 9-12 months prior to the wedding date is a good time to start planning. You don’t want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed, but you also don’t want to be planning for too long. We do recommend hiring your wedding coordinator right away, even for the ‘month of/day of’ package. You’ll want to get a contract signed to ensure the coordinator is available for your wedding date. We already have weddings booked for 22 months from now!

Why should a bride and groom hire a wedding planner/coordinator?

To truly enjoy their wedding day. To invest in their friends, family & guests without worrying about the details themselves. To have a peace of mind that everything will run smoothly. Wedding coordinators are professionals who have experience, and industry relationships that will allow the brides’ wedding vision come to life.
